REFUNDS:
Remembering that slight imperfections in hand woven textiles is part of their uniqueness and charm, if you feel that your purchase does not match our description of it, or contains an imperfection overlooked by our quality control, we will refund you in full, including postage to return the item to us.
WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE ON RETURNS?
If the fault is ours, we will happily pay any charges relating to the return of your purchase.
RETURNS TIME FRAME:
After discussing and agreeing on the return of your purchase, please do so as soon as possible as items must be returned within seven days to be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns regarding this.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Simply contact us by phoning or emailing us on hello@mcleanandco.nz and we will tell you what to do next. As soon as we receive your returned item we will contact you.
Please remember that you need to return items using tracked post or courier as you are responsible for the item until we receive it.
